Richard Hoffman is the Founder, President, and Chairman of the Board of Managers of Premiere Rehab Group.
His career combines hands-on clinical expertise, ownership of multiple outpatient physical therapy practices, and executive leadership of companies serving rehabilitation providers nationwide.
As an entrepreneur and healthcare executive, Richard has built and managed successful outpatient physical therapy organizations throughout Florida while developing strategic partnerships that support therapy practices across the United States. His experience spans clinical operations, business development, mergers and acquisitions, revenue cycle management, credentialing, and practice growth.
Richard is also the founder and owner of Prime Credential, one of the nation’s leading credentialing and payer contracting companies dedicated exclusively to outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy providers. Prime Credential helps practices streamline credentialing, maintain regulatory compliance, accelerate payer enrollment, and optimize reimbursement through strategic payer contract negotiation and renegotiation.
Richard’s passion for physical therapy began after suffering a shoulder injury while pitching in the St. Louis Cardinals organization. His own rehabilitation journey inspired him to pursue a career as a therapist, but his vision soon extended beyond patient care. Drawing on decades of experience as a clinician, practice owner, and healthcare executive, Richard has built and led multiple companies dedicated to helping rehabilitation providers succeed. Today, he is recognized for his expertise in practice management, revenue cycle management, credentialing, payer contract optimization, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic growth. His mission is to empower therapy practice owners to operate more efficiently, improve profitability, maximize enterprise value, and build lasting, successful organizations.
